I visited Lisbon multiple times during my childhood as my parents lived there at a period in their lives, so they held a place in their hearts for it. I recently returned there with my partner in the summer of 2022, it is now without a doubt my favourite city in Europe. I fell in love with the stunning tiled facades of buildings around me and even the overlooked crumbling old buildings in the older parts of the city were equality beautiful.
